Ordering From Us The Good Old Fashioned Way

Online
Just click on the "Add" button in the Online Store for the item(s) you wish to order. Follow the instructions carefully until you complete the checkout process. Online Pricing
Pricing is structured to fit items coming from our stores only. Wire service items may be higher. Should our online pricing not hold for an "out of town" order, we will call or email you for approval prior to placing the order.

Local Orders
Local orders, delivered by our staff, can usually be ordered as late as 12:00 PM (noon) for same day delivery, Monday through Saturday. Some exceptions may occur if items are out of stock or if the order is placed during a floral holiday period. We suggest calling your order in by phone the closer to noon you get for same day delivery.

Local Delivery Charges
A $7.00 delivery charge is added to all local deliveries. Rural deliveries may require a $7.50 to $10.00 delivery charge depending on location. In such cases, you will be notified in your confirmation e-mail. Special delivery times may require delivery charges ranging from $8.50 to $17.50 depending on circumstances.

Important Delivery Note
Since we have multiple charges for local orders and a separate charge for wire service, we have chosen to leave the "shipping" space blank in the online invoice. We will add the exact figure your delivery address requires. Your final total will be sent in your e-mail confirmation.

Local Delivery Coverage Areas
Twice a day delivery to the following areas: Dallastown, Manchester, Mt. Wolf, Red Lion, Shiloh, and York (all zips)

Once a day delivery to the following areas:
Brogue, Craley, Dover, East Prospect, Etters, Felton, Glen Rock, Hellam, Jacobus, Loganville, Newberrytown, Seven Valleys, Shrewsbury, Spring Grove, Stewartstown, Strinestown, Thomasville, Valley Green Mall, Windsor, Winterstown, Wrightsville, York Haven, and York New Salem.

Limited daily delivery ("Limited" meaning not 100% coverage to rural areas surrounding these towns.)
Abbottstown, East Berlin, Jefferson, Lewisberry, and New Freedom

Wire Orders (Domestic)
Out of town orders requiring the use of a wire service can also be handled for same day delivery if the order can be transmitted before noon in the receiving time zone. Exceptions would occur during floral holiday periods or in areas that are noted for higher prices. $5.95 handling charge added to each order.

Wire Service Orders (International)
Due to time differences, product availability and currency conversions, please call one of our friendly sales representatives to complete an international transaction.

A Word About Substitutions
The floral industry is dynamic and inventories of our perishable product change daily!! The content, of the items shown in our online store or in our brick and mortar locations, may not be available for the day of your order. Substitutions therefore are essential in filling your order in a timely manner. In making these substitutions, Schaefer's always adheres to the principle of giving "equal value" while maintaining the "look and feel" of any of our catalog images. The same is expected of our wire service partners.
